“Paul Caffall will be conducting a Training For Life seminar on Sunday, February 12th, at The Red Tent in Los Gatos. This two hour personal safety course requires no previous training and is based on a self-escape philosophy using easy to learn techniques that may someday save your life. This program doesn't teach you how to stand there and fight a person, it shows you how to create a window of opportunity to get away. This program will also show how to be more aware of your surroundings by teaching you scanning patterns to help avoid a bad situation.
This program builds self-confidence through education and training. It will Empower you with the knowledge and skills useful for handling difficult situations.
This course is open to all women over the age of 18 years.

In celebration of International Self-Love Day on February 13, let’s get together in a teleclass to celebrate the love you can feel for yourself so strongly when you’re connected to Spirit, to Source.
This is a love that will hold you in its soft embrace as you envision and act on all the audacious goals you’ve set for yourself in this new year.
